Special Parish Meeting

Dear All Saints' Family,

There will be a called Special Meeting for qualified voters of the Congregation of All Saints' Episcopal Church on Sunday, May 5th, at 10:15 a.m. It will be in the Chapel at All Saints' Episcopal School.

Agenda: To consider and vote on bylaw amendments.

This is an important special meeting. We must have a quorum of qualified voters for any action to be considered. Please plan on attending.

Who is a qualified voter?

Confirmed Communicants in Good Standing defined as: a member of the parish (on our official rolls), confirmed in the Episcopal Church, a giver of record, and a regular communicant

If you are not sure if you are a Confirmed Communicant in Good Standing, contact our Business Manager, Kyle Mankin at kyle@asecfw.org.

If you are confirmed but are not yet a giver of record, it's not too late to make a gift! And, if you have worshipped with us regularly but have not yet formalized your membership, now is a great time to do so! We are glad to help you in this. We want to hear your voice as well.

What an exciting time in the life of our beloved parish!

Stephanie Burk,

Senior Warden
